Like most kids, my girls love art and craft projects! Today we just finished up a very easy 3-D art project that can be enjoyed by kids of all ages!
Materials Needed:
* full sheet of black construction paper
*1 inch strips of colored construction paper
*scissors
*glue
Directions:
Step #1- Cut out several strips of colored construction paper about 1 inch thick.
Step #2- Fold the edges of the construction paper strips so that the paper has little “feet” that you can glue onto your black piece of construction paper. Begin gluing the pieces onto your paper and be sure to hold the paper down for several seconds until it sticks. There is no right or wrong way to make this 3-D art.
Step #3- Add as much construction paper pieces as you like. You can twist them, overlap them, fold them according style and create different shapes. That’s it! Super EASY and so fun!
We made polka dots with dot markers to make the 3-D art more interesting…
3-D Art…so FUN and SO easy!!!
You're right! Looks extremely easy…especially for my littles. Love how you incorporated the dot markers for some extra flair. I'm doing this!!! Thanks!
Your girls are just the cutest things!!

Fabulous. I love this idea and I am in the beginning of teaching 3D in maths. Thanks. I am going to use this fun activity to further demonstrate the concept of 3D. How adorable is that photo of your little one with the polka dot picture!!!
With thanks
