I have a little Moffatt Girl who loves to color, cut and paste. She also loves her letter sounds and learning them makes her feel like she is reading. Well…learning beginning sounds is one of the first steps to sounding our simple CVC words. We are getting Ready2Read! 🙂
Beginning Sounds (Color, Cut and Paste!) is a great way to practice so many different skills. This has been a HUGE success in our home and I am happy to say that our crayons, scissors, and glue are getting a good workout:) We are working on these daily and I can really see some progress going on!
Looks awesome Annie!! You always make me want to work with younger children! 🙂
Aww.. you ALWAYS say such nice things Kristen!!
I had to buy this as soon as I saw it. We are starting beginning sound next week in class. It is perfect!
Thank you for your sweet words, Marci! I hope your kids LOVE them! 🙂
This is fantastic!!!!

Just wondering what scissors you let your little one use? These look perfect for my daughter she is 3 years old.
Thanks,
Caterina
Hi Caterina,
Great question. I LOVE Fiskers scissors. You can get them at Target in the school supply isle. The ones that I use are specifically for little hands. My 3 and 5 year old girls use them:)
Annie – this is adorable. The pictures are great – you have quite a capable little cutter, colorer and paster there! 🙂 Renee
These are so cute. Are these available for free? I only need the letter V.
