Beginning Sounds (Color, Cut and Paste!)

I have a little Moffatt Girl who loves to color, cut and paste.  She also loves her letter sounds and learning them makes her feel like she is reading.  Well…learning beginning sounds is one of the first steps to sounding our simple CVC words.  We are getting Ready2Read! 🙂

Beginning Sounds (Color, Cut and Paste!) is a great way to practice so many different skills.   This has been a HUGE success in our home and I am happy to say that our crayons, scissors, and glue are getting a good workout:)  We are working on these daily and I can really see some progress going on!

  2. Hi Caterina,
Great question. I LOVE Fiskers scissors. You can get them at Target in the school supply isle. The ones that I use are specifically for little hands. My 3 and 5 year old girls use them:)
