Your membership is billed when you sign up.
- Gold Key Members are billed monthly on the same date each month.
- Master Key Members are billed once per year on the anniversary of their signup date.
Yes. Gold Key and Master Key memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle so your access continues without interruption. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.
Yes! You can cancel your paid membership whenever you’d like.
If you cancel, you’ll continue to enjoy all of your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. After that, your membership will end, and you won’t be charged again unless you decide to reactivate.
Updating your payment information is easy. Simply log in to your account, visit your Account Settings, click the Billing tab, and update your payment method. Your changes will be used for future renewals.
Yes! Annual (Master Key) members will receive a reminder email before their yearly renewal so there are no surprises. Monthly members can view their next billing date anytime from their account dashboard.
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you by email and give you an opportunity to update your payment information. Once your payment is successfully processed, your membership benefits will continue without interruption.
Because members receive immediate access to thousands of downloadable digital resources, membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Classroom Use and Licensing
Absolutely! Your membership includes a single-user license, which allows you to use the resources with all of the students in your own classroom. You may print or assign the resources to your students as often as needed while your membership is active.
No. Your membership is licensed for one teacher only. Resources may not be shared with coworkers, teammates, friends, or other classrooms.
If another teacher would like access, they should purchase their own membership or be included as part of a school or team membership.
Yes! Individual tutors may use the resources with the students they personally teach as part of their tutoring sessions. The membership remains licensed to one user and may not be shared with other tutors or instructors.
Resources may not be printed, copied, or resold to tutoring clients, students, families, or other educators. Your membership allows you to use the materials as part of your instruction, but the resources themselves may not be distributed, sold, or transferred to others.
