Because our products and membership provide immediate access to digital content, downloadable resources, and
member-exclusive features, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.
Digital Products
All digital products sold by The Moffatt Girls, Inc. are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, once access has been granted or a product has been downloaded, we
cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
Please review product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information carefully before making your purchase.
Membership Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable.
When you purchase a membership, you receive immediate access to digital content, member-exclusive resources,
downloads, and platform features. Because these benefits become available immediately, we do not offer refunds
or credits for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to use the membership
- Lack of use during your subscription period
- Dissatisfaction after access has been provided
- Forgetting to cancel before your renewal date
- Technical issues outside of our reasonable control
Automatic Renewals
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until your
subscription is canceled.
Renewal charges are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to
continue your membership.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by following the cancellation

When you cancel:
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
You will not be charged for future renewals.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period unless required by

Failed Payments

- Cancel your membership if payment cannot be collected.
Membership access may be restored once payment has been successfully processed.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing error, please contact us

Verified duplicate charges caused by our billing systems or payment processor will be corrected, and any
appropriate refund will be issued.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased products or your membership,
please contact our support team.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical problems as quickly as possible.
Technical assistance does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method has been used without your authorization, please contact both your financial
institution and The Moffatt Girls, Inc. immediately.
We will cooperate with legitimate fraud investigations as appropriate.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated after access has been provided to digital content or membership benefits, we reserve the
right to:
- Suspend your account.
- Revoke access to purchased products or membership features.
- Restrict future purchases.
- Pursue collection of amounts lawfully owed where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits your legal right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges through your financial
institution.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable
consumer protection laws.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, The Moffatt Girls, Inc. will comply with those legal
obligations.
